06 December 1944 - Dipolog, Mindanao - One of our crews took supplies to this grass
airfield in western Mindanao.
Captain Gerard F. Wientjes was the pilot
- OA-10A SerNo 44-33874. The aircraft blew a tire upon landing and while
trying to change the tire, Sgt Edward A. Johnson broke his leg when the jack
fell.
