This is a good shot of the dull grey-black Du-Lite
blueing over sand blast finish that the Union Switch & Signal 1911A1's were
famous for. Interior surfaces not subjected to sand blasting will have the
typical blue-black finish. Small parts were blued or blued over sandblast. |
