T/Sgt Travis O. Brimer stands in front of
OA-10A Serno 44-33877 sometime
before she was lost on a mission on the
26 October
1944 along with several of her crew. The story is she ran out of gas
while on a courier mission, but the surviving Navigator,
Al Haas, denied that but would not
tell me the "real" story before he passed away. Guess we'll never know!
