01 APRIL 1945 - Captain Charles F. "Chuck" Tully, pilot of "Playmate 36", flew from Puerta Princessa to Brooks point on the Southern tip of Palawan [map] and evacuated a seriously ill patient from the beachhead. The soldier was taken to Puerta Princessa and transferred to a hospital where he made a full recovery.

Evacuated: 1 seriously ill soldier
